Fisaf Personal Trainer Course
This course is an entry level PT course designed for students who are considering a career in the fitness industry. Online modules will compliment face to face instruction and a substantial practical component. This course is examined and there will be a practical test as a precurser to industry experience.
Fisaf Aerobic Instructor Course
Cardio fusion and other forms of group aerobic activities have been popular for a number of years. This introductory course prepares students to lead aerobic exercise classes. Attention to pacing, choreography, music and the needs of a variety of clients will form the basis of the course.
Fisaf PT for Kid's on the Move
This is a 6 week online program followed by a one day workshop for PT's who work with children.
Motor fitness concepts will be applied to the games and activities children love to play. PT's will be encouraged to be reflective educators and effective teachers.
The aqua instructor course prepares group exercise aqua instructors to teach clients safely in an aquatic environment. Students will learn about the latest teaching techniques, how to make good use of aqua aerobic equipment, appropriate music and the latest choreography.
